Being by Yourself
We all need to at times . Not mediation but alone time to think to get away from it all . To be one with our mind , it’s also grounds for a much more meaningful experience with our soul and that little voice .
Taking time for yourself is a way of life it’s a way to slow down our thoughts . And also to reflect on so much more needed time for resting . We live in very stressful times , there is stress on us all the time . Society in general runs on stress .
We must not forget to rest and retreat .

Wake Up
Waiting to get my oil changed in my truck . And a thought comes to me . Only doing what I can . Now this question is very special to me because I’m at a place where I shut out the background noise and I focus and the thoughts as the happen and I give much thought before an action or answer .
So what I’m I only doing what I can now it’s simple really. I’m being me I’m being Love and most importantly I’m being a good human and I’m taking away unwanted stress and fear .
Everyone has to learn to slow down and focus on there moments and there thoughts . We all do. Running on fear and ego will destroy us. And it is just look at society. We as humans created out of love need to start acting this way .
And it all starts with love in every thought. . There’s no more time for hate and stress and fear . There’s no more time for wars and death. There’s no time for walls and crisis . There no more time to destroy our planet.
Please wake up because Love is the only Answer. Much love to all of you .

Changes
Karma. Is it true ? If you put bad energy out do your receive bad Karma :
Now I know with the way I was living my life with Ego first. I believe I had bad karma yes bad energy.
Maybe the energy we put into life , be it positive or negative is the energy we receive.
Positive energy heals where negative energy hurts and destroys .
Happiness is a state of mind. So is negative energy.
Choosing with one you want to display is our free will as humans .
True power over oneself can come from only positive energy. To be truly present.
Having a heart of hate and fear will only destroy yourself in the end .
Forgiveness is very important as well in a journey of peace of mind . Truly forgive if yourself is a major step in peace of mind .
Once you have peace you will translate peace to the world around you making a beautiful life around you . And with this new feeling inside , life’s everyday problems and hardships will so much easier to handle .
I pray everyday that the world will wake up we as humans have way to much stress of the world on us everyday. I pray for all the good in the world to destroy the EGO and that humans can live with true love of self and other humans . With all this peace and love, All are possible.

Waking up and realizing life is about love is a wonderful felling . Yes money controls this world . But once you say ok I need to do this to have this. There is know reason two fear . Now I know we all worry about money and getting by I do . But understanding is very important for your path . If you use money to control people or the world , than that’s a problem but if you take care of your needs and help other people , just think how beautiful this world could be .
Everything needs to start with love every thought and every action . For a world wide change to happen .
I do feel a positive energy in the world I think many people are not happy with the old ways of thinking . I pray and meditate on this very often , we really all should .
Everyday say hi or smile at someone and you’ll see how many beautiful people are out there with love in there hearts as well . And how many truly amazing humans are and what where capable of doing .
Everyday put love as the first purpose in your heart and mind , this simple thought well change your perspective of the world but putting love first and foremost. It’s a beautiful gift to listen to your guide and be in the moment.
This year I hope all of the people of the world enjoy love and happiness in there life’s . I also know that some countries are at war or the government silence them . But I pray everyday and know that God is with them and there thoughts

Sometimes
Sometimes I’ll take time and think about moments in the past . Sometimes this is good for me and sometimes not so good .
Sometimes I’ll have regrets and I know that I should just move on , but in my mind I still think I can fix the past or help people . Wishful thinking I know yet the filling in my mind is so strong .
I wish that in life we could fix or do the right thing on past experiences .
Books on self help tells us to move on from the past and to live in the now . And yes it’s very true . To take the time to enjoy the now experience will be more rewarding.
I agree yet a piece of me still wants to know people are ok from the past and how there doing . Because of my actions in the past .
Do you ever wonder about people places and things of the past ?
I know many people worry about the future
I’ve learned with this experience that all I can really do is pray for them to care about them just like I care for myself. Love first.
I’ve learned in my life to enjoy every min given to me as a blessing. I’ve learned that I’m no different than any human . We where all created by love .
When you start to not follow that damn ego around , life can and will be so much more rewarding.
If your having some of the same problems in life I offer you hope and faith because it’s a beautiful life on the other side of the ego .
And No life not perfect and yes this world is a crazy place. And yes the stress on us kills us every day. .. but with love in your heart it will be so much more rewarding I promise

Lack
Lack of energy . Many things can be factors, I find wintertime to be hard for myself . And some days it’s very hard for me to have any motivation. At times in life we need to punch though and move forward. I know at times that’s just talk and a warm bed sounds good .
I find that the ego tells me you can do it , but never has an answer how .
Because I look to the ego when I’m down then the depression sets in. . Once again that fucking ego gets in the way . I wish I could tell you on my path that life is always filled with joy .
I know now more than every in my life what kind of person and I’m . I love people ; I love friendships, I love family. But sometimes that ego tells me the opposite.
It’s truly a battle at times for us humans . I pray use my tools and try not to listen to that side of my mind .
I love myself for what I can give and do for others. That’s my goal in life . And sometimes out of the blue we have bad days and sometimes weeks.
But there getting shorter all the time , and there is many more wonderful days than bad .
I truly love this gift of life I was given, and I’m truly sorry for all the time I wasted following the ego and the ways of the world.
Being a caring human has filled my soul with so much joy.

We Traveled No Where
You became my friend at a young age. I would look forward to the times we could sit together. I would smile and feel so free , like nothing could ever hurt us or ever get in the way . Years went by and our relationship grew and grew . Your everything I ever wanted .
More years went by sometimes people would even try to get us to separate. And sometimes you and me where left all alone with a choice . But don’t worry I always pick you first .
We even brought children into this world . We held jobs together and we lost jobs together.
As all this was going on I still loved you and wanted to make it work . I would cry with you and question everything about life with you . We would try to solve everybody’s problems, but our own.
Your gift to me was depression and low self worth . And fat yes we got fat together. We missed some very important times in life or if we where there our minds really weren’t
You became my first thought and my last before we closed our eyes at night . People that didn’t care for us , where there own problems
33 years we held this relationship close . Because I loved you and your view of the world. After all it was me and you that where the right way. And everything else was what it was .
As I aged are relationship was harder . It took more out of me to give . We started to question ourselves and what this whole life is about anyway.
Sure the voices where there telling us to break up . But you told me they where just upset.
I want you to know I never miss you . You can’t hurt me anymore. It’s my life .
I’m whole now and still healing from your abuse. But I’m stronger than ever on a new path .
Now I see your relationship on others and I pray for them . Because your a bitch an evil bitch.
I love me now. All of me ..
My road was always very bumpy. And very scary at times. A lot of things where taken for granted and excepted. I was an adult running around with the mind of a child for you . You held me back . You never cared about what we would become and for that I was over with you . I gave you every chance to change and you couldn’t do it. And now it’s done. I may hold ill feelings for you forever and that’s ok . For everyday without you in beautiful in a whole different way. My way. Much Love
Pulling My Strings
Sometimes I feel like my strings are being pulled . And even though I use my tools some days are very hard emotionally.
We as humans are under stress all the time and maybe even more than anytime.
As I wright this and realize my only problem is truly my ego . That little fucker gets in the way all the time . Yes I think things then need to really think before I do or say . But there was a time I would just say and most of the time that would hurt people.
Days can be hard we are not perfect in anyway.
And that’s ok as long as we relax and realize we are love and that our only function so with that in mind I put love into every thought .
Use your words and actions to show you have love in yourself and thoughts .
Mediation is a huge way to turn off the world and be in the now . Take time to do this everyday. I tell you to do this but I don’t do it everyday and I should . Because this life world breaks in to scare us and makes us think we should be doing different. All God wants us to be is Love in action and in thought. And that’s it ….
So as I wright this I need to let the world go a bit more. Meaning I need to take time and listen to the voice inside me. And follow.

Habits
Sometimes my motivation suffers I can have my mind full of thoughts. But I can go a day without much action. Why ? I have no idea or do I ? Ego gets in the way still . And fills my mind with the thoughts of I can do that tomorrow.
And we all know that as long as that happens tomorrow will never come . Breaking habits is the way to make changes just like waking up . Because to choose not to follow the ego habits have to be broken .
Like me your thinking that’s easy. Well I stoped drinking and year and a half ago . But I still smoke cigarettes. Gross I know. And I also believe someone or something told me to quit before 50 and I would live to 78. Now first off it really did happen that way . And at this current moment I still smoke cigarettes. So what do I need to do . Fucking stop smoking.
I know I have a great responsibility to up hold to my self , to the voice I heard and to my family and grandkids. Yes I’m that old now crazy.
Habits have to be broken to succeed. I know how bad it is for me . I know that it can kill me at anytime.
Whatever you feel you need to change or do different in your life look at your habits and what you need to do to break them .
If there healthy and good your on the right path and I look forward to treating my vessel much better as well.
Today look at your habits.

Wrong world
Please remember this world is full of hate . But also so much love .
The news the last few days has been very horrible and just so sad. The killing of humans of any religion or Gods creations it blow my mind and hurts my soul so much . I pray more and more people will wake up to Gods love and use it .
This world is very hard at times .Everyday we are hit with media news and it becomes a soup opera of sorts . Social Media strokes so many emotions of peoples minds it’s become it’s own world.
Even in times of lower energy or low vibes I feel the strain and the emotional tolls of it . And some days I can’t wait to find peace with God .
But like all of God’s creations there a path to all knowledge and understanding. And I will wait calmly for my time .
On that note I will enjoy MY blessings and creations and hold them love them care for them and guid them to have loving minds focusing on love and caring not the egos ways of thinking.
Because that’s all it is. The egos side of thinking and trying to control. And as long as that thinking keeps going . This world will continue its path of destruction.
Spread love and not Fear .
I will pray for all the families and love that was in that church before the shooting this weekend in Pittsburgh. Jews around the world feel there pain , and that’s a horrible reflection of what God created us to be . We are all humans created in love .
Comfort comes to them choose love .
What does fear , greed , power, death, destruction get us. Nothing but pain and suffering just like our egos would want it .
Today I pray for Gods love to surround the family’s of everyone that was lost.
